To calculate an approximate monthly loan payment, follow these steps:

1. Enter the number of payments (12, 24, 36, etc)
2. Enter the interest rate (7, 8.5, 9.25, etc). Do NOT use a percent sign.
3. Enter the principle amount (the amount you wish to borrow). Do NOT enter a dollar sign.
4. Click the "calculate" button to see the resulting payment and interest.
