ATM Safety Tips

Memorize your PIN and keep it a secret
Only use ATMs that are in clear view
If using a drive-up ATM, keep your car doors locked and windows up prior to and after your transaction
Have your card and any other transaction information ready in advance
Stand close to the ATM so other people can’t see your PIN or transaction entries
Put your withdrawn cash, card, and receipts away before leaving the ATM
Wait to count your money in the safety of your car, home, or office
Avoid suspicious situations and cancel your transaction if you feel uncomfortable
Report lost or stolen cards immediately
